10. Immunity kadha/ Herbal tea

Ministry of AYUSH, Govt of India(https://www.mohfw.gov.in/pdf/ImmunityBoostingAYUSHAdvisory.pdf )have suggested at recent times an immunity boosting kadha (decoction) with tulsi (basil), dalchini(cinnamon), kalimirch(black pepper), sunthi (dry ginger) and munakka(raisin).

All the ingredients at equal quanity should be added in boiled water, the quantity of the water should be reduced to 1/4th. After straining it may be taken with jaggery or lemon as per taste. The details procedure step by step explained in this video:

Immunity kadha benefits: The combine action of all the herbs boost up the immunity system. It alleviates cough, cold, running nose and pacifies the kapha and vata dosha aggravation.

Dosage: Decoction 50-150 ml, 2-3 times daily.

It nullify the sore throat instantly. Checks the infection immediately at primary level when the germ resides at throat.

    This is a very informative post at this critical time when due to Covid-19, whole world is suffering. I think we should take these natural immunity boosting foods and increase our immunity so in future we can confront attacks by life taking viruses.
