9. Amalaki (Indian gooseberry):

Amla is the richest source of vitamin C. Available in dry and green form. It is the prime ingredient of chawanprash.

Amla benefits: Amla is the most popular drug of Ayurveda which is available in juice form. Along with immunity boosting activity it is recommended for female problems like menorrhagia/ leucorrhoea, vaginitis, urinary diseases.

Dosage: Juice 10-20 ml

               Powder 3-6 g

Chawanprash: 1/2 to 1 spoon
